May  12, 2009 Various excerpts from the Steve Duke recording of the Waschka opera Saint Ambrose were broadcast on WOMR, Provincetown, MA.
May, 2009 Waschka has completed a work commissioned by Piotr Szewczyk for violin alone. The premiere will take place in the  2009-2010 season.
